Job Description

NI is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer who will provide effective support for Education Services offerings. The successful candidate should be responsible for ensuring that our customers have quality experiences with Education Services content.

Job Responsibilities

• Testing and providing technical troubleshooting during development

• Partner with operations to ensure successful deployment of content

• Primary interface with the instructor community

• Monitor Education Services content portfolio health

Required Qualifications

• BS or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or relevant specialization

• Knowledge of test design and testing methodologies, tools and processes

• Knowledge of NI technologies is a plus

• Excellent knowledge of English

• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)

• CLA or CLD certification will be a big plus
