As a NI Indirect Sales Channel Manager, you will be leading a high-performance team of sellers, representing a respected industry brand with highly differentiated products and extensive customer support capabilities. In this role you will grow your team’s business acumen and strategic sales capabilities while consulting to a set of high growth potential territories. You and your team will establish NI as the preferred vendor for your customers, distributors and influence investment decisions, resulting in increased share of wallet.

As an Indirect Sales Channel Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating revenue within a Geographical territory through working with a variety of customers and distributor-partners across several evolving applications and industries.The Targeted Customer Applications For This Role Are

  • Manage a Team of territory Sales Channel Mangers whose responsibilities are:

        Grow territory and account through strategizing and growth of selected Distribution Channel Partners

        Ability to identify biggest gaps and develop plans to close them in order to help our distributors be more effective

        Manage channel conflict where needed

        Influence the channel partner strategy and drive strong alignment with NI, actively know and communicate with all partner reps within territory 

This is why you are an Indirect Sales Channel Manager

  • Have Bachelor’s or higher degree with major in Engineering

  • Have strong business acumen skills with a technical understanding, along with a motivational attitude

  • Demonstrated great negotiation skills with experience qualifying, managing and winning opportunities

  • Sales / Account Management experience with an aptitude for developing customer relationships remotely

  • Experience and passion for working with International Markets and Cultures

  • Highly developed organizational skills with the ability to prioritize demand and workload

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English

  • Have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Applications

  • Have willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time
