Targeted Customer Applications For This Role Are

The focus industries for this opening is the Semiconductor industry.  

• RF Semiconductor production and validation test on component and integration level 

• Mixed Signal validation test 

To cover these application areas, you are an Engineer, who can easily operate in the two domains of the RF signal chain. The analog signal path as well as the digital domain after waveform digitization, which enables you to support our customers while they are progressing through their product cycle. 

As you work with our most important customers you will be given the chance to make an impact to our whole organization, when you are collaborating with other functions in the NI Business Units, Product Planning, Product R&D, and Marketing to drive our future offerings. 

Basic Requirements 

• Bachelor or master`s degree in Communication or Electrical Engineering or similar 

• Customer oriented with a passion to drive solutions of customer engineering problems. 

• Experience in semiconductor RF test or other relevant RF test experience 

• Software experience in test & measurement 

• Test knowledge with RF Instrumentation (Signal Generators, Signal Analyzers, Vector network analyzers) 

Preferred Requirements 

• Experience in architecting, developing, customizing and debugging SW applications in programming languages in either LabVIEW, Python, Matlab, C# .NET. or C++ 

• Experience with NI HW (PXI Modular Instruments platform, FlexRIO FPGA Cards) and SW (LabVIEW, LabVIEW FPGA, Teststand) beneficial but not mandatory 

• Signal Processing
